We are a small condominium townhouse unit, located in Tillsonburg, Ontario.  Our property is located within a freehold seniors’ community and we operate with a tiny, 3 person board.  In the past, we had had settled for property managers who were home-based owner operators.  We honestly felt like an “afterthought” most of the time and were concerned that when the new Condominium Act went into force, we might not receive the attention and support we required to navigate these new waters.
