The Board of Directors at Middlesex Condominium Corporation No. 103 are happy to provide a letter of reference for Lionheart Property Management Inc. Lionheart assumed management of our community in July 2012. Our corporation was in a difficult situation that they effectively responded to with reliability and determination. Our community is back on track and running very smoothly. Lionheart has also introduced a community based website for us as part of our package which allows our residents the ability to get community specific information and access to their accounts. We look forward to our continued relationship.

Lionheart is a superb management company. Efficient, professional, courteous, diligent – very, very pleased with the service and value they provide.

Lionheart has made being a landlord effortless. Excellent tenants and professional and courteous staff make Lionheart my go to for my property management needs.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the way your company has managed my home on Glendon Drive. It would appear that the tenants are a perfect fit for this house in the country. Each month we receive via email, a summary statement along with advise of direct deposit to my account. The year end statement of income and expense was very helpful for income tax preparation. I deal with a lot of stress in my life and I am so thankful for the efficient manner all of you at Lionheart look after my rental property. I also referred a snowbird friend to you and he as well has expressed how valuable your service is to him. Thanks so much for all you do.

Your firm is better than a whole bottle of Advil as you completely removed stress from my life. The contract was easily understood and not one sided for you, you did all the searches and advertising, you screened the tenants much better than my last firm, and you are so pleasant to deal with and respond at all hours because you are a workaholic!.

After buying our first investment property we were new to the business. Michele at Lionheart has been wonderful at guiding us through the process and answering all our many questions promptly and professionally. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a management company.

“We clicked with Shane right away when looking for a property manager for our house. Doing good businesses is not the only important thing for us, but a good fit, keeping things simple and in a friendly manner, as well. Working with Michele, Shane and all the staff at Lionheart has been a great experience for us; kindness, effectiveness and convenience are only some of the things we like when doing business with them. We will not hesitate to continuing doing business with Lionheart in the future.”

“Braidy and I are more than happy with the unit we have been renting from Lionheart. We pay such a great price for such a large unit, we have all the space we need 3 spacious levels. And the transparency in communication is also great, always responding to my emails very quickly and thoroughly. Nothing but a positive experience so far”

We are a small condominium townhouse unit, located in Tillsonburg, Ontario.  Our property is located within a freehold seniors’ community and we operate with a tiny, 3 person board.  In the past, we had had settled for property managers who were home-based owner operators.  We honestly felt like an “afterthought” most of the time and were concerned that when the new Condominium Act went into force, we might not receive the attention and support we required to navigate these new waters.

Today, as a very contented client of Lionheart Property Management in London, Ontario, we are all so glad we made the call to Shane Haskell and his team of professionals.  Communication with Shane and his group is outstanding.  They are attentive to our needs, but allow us to make our own decisions. Their experience and expertise provide constant and much appreciated support when we need it and we now know what it is like to be serviced by a professional property management company.  We are really happy with the service we receive from Lionheart and what a difference it makes to our quality of life to feel we have the right people in our corner.
